Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except fish. Refrigerate until ready to use, at least 1 hr.
- Place oven rack at least 4" from broiler but no more than 6". Place fillets on baking sheet with lip & season with salt and pepper.
- Broil on low until done on one side. Turn over and top with sauce. Broil until fish is done.
- Side dish suggestion – Rice, but anything works!
