  1. Melt coconut oil on low heat, in a saucepan.
  2. Add the onion, green pepper, garlic, and Old Bay leaves and sauté 10 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Add the salt, a dash of pepper, paprika, tomatoes and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  5. Add the shrimp and heat thoroughly.
  6. Serve over hot cooked rice or oriental noodles.
